In Chernogorsk, the spouses had to decide through the court who and in what share should pay the loan taken in marriage, the press service of the FSSP for RH reports.
To purchase a house and land, the couple took 1.2 million rubles in the bank. After the divorce, the man continued to repay the debt on his own. In total, he paid 260 thousand, while his ex-wife did not participate in the repayment of the loan.
The Montenegrin appealed to the court and demanded to recover from the woman half of the amount paid after the divorce. The court sided with the man, so in addition to 130 thousand in the account of repayment of part of the loan, the ex-wife had to reimburse the costs of state duty and the services of a representative. In total, its debt amounted to 137 thousand.
The citizen did not voluntarily comply with the court decision, so the bailiff applied enforcement measures to her. The woman was charged an executive fee of 10 thousand, limited travel outside Russia and established her place of work in a budgetary institution.
The withholding order was sent to the employer by the debtor. The finances recovered from salaries and other income were first transferred to the account of the department, and then to the execution of the court decision.
Earlier we wrote that a resident of Khakassia evicted her ex-husband from the house with the help of bailiffs.
