In the Kireevsky district, a previously convicted man was sent to a strict regime colony for a year for stealing 15 thousand rubles from a friend’s bank account. It is noteworthy that the money he withdrew directly at the cash register of the store, while buying products at her request, told “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the USD of the region.
As the court established, on July 24, 2026, the man was visiting a friend in the village of Borodinsky. The woman asked him to go for groceries and handed over the bank card of Sberbank along with the PIN code.
However, instead of buying groceries, the man decided to use other people's money. In the store “Pyaterochka” he bought chocolate and at the same time withdrew from the card 5 thousand rubles. Making sure that the account has enough funds, he repeated this scheme twice, each time cashing in 5 thousand rubles.
The man brought the products to a friend, returned the card, and kept the money received. The damage amounted to 15 thousand rubles.
At the end of the outgoing week, November 5, 2026, the Kireevsky district court found him guilty and appointed a year of imprisonment with serving in a correctional colony of strict regime. Until the sentence goes into effect, the man will remain in custody. By the way, the court decision can still be appealed.

The woman took out of the store cheese, sausage, minced meat, ham, underwear conditioner and three packs of cat food. The total cost of goods amounted to more than 1.1 thousand rubles.
