Tula courts acquitted more than 30 people in five years

From 2021 to the first half of 2026, the courts of the Tula region issued 32 acquittals. Such data were provided to the Tula Press by the regional Department of the Judicial Department.

The acquittals were made under different articles. Among them are murder, serious harm to health and beatings, rape, slander and violation of the secrecy of correspondence.

In addition, the courts acquitted the defendants on economic cases - fraud, embezzlement and money laundering, as well as on articles on robbery, hooliganism and drugs.

Close the list of traffic violations and requirements of anti-terrorist protection with a fatal outcome, as well as negligence that led to the death of people.

Earlier, “MK in Tula” reported that the Alexinsky interdistrict court detained the spouses accused of murdering a friend. According to investigators, the conflict occurred on October 19 in the village of Novogurovsky because of unpaid utilities. Near the village of Nizhny Sukhodol, a man stabbed a woman at least eight times while his wife was holding the victim.
