In Odoev, a man was fined a thousand rubles for what he tried to prevent the bailiff to deliver his friend to the department

In Odoev, a man was fined a thousand rubles for trying to prevent a bailiff from delivering his comrade to the department. According to the court, the local resident was outraged by the forced drive, provoked a scandal and tried to close the front door in front of the employee, listed “MK in Tula” in the joint press service of the courts and the regional police.
The incident occurred on October 19, 2026 at about 8:30. The bailiff came to a man who lived on the same living space with I. B. Kamaev to take him to the bailiffs’ department of the Odoevsky, Dubensky and Arsenyevsky districts as part of a forced drive.
Kamaev read the decree, but did not agree with the actions of the bailiff. As the court found, he began to resent the need to deliver a comrade, provoked conflict, tried to slam the front door and expressed obscene language. The man did not react to repeated demands to stop illegal actions.
The magistrate of the judicial precinct No. 37 of the Odoyevsky judicial district considered the case on October 27 and found Kamayev guilty of obstructing the lawful activities of the bailiff. He was given an administrative fine of a thousand rubles. The man himself did not attend the meeting. The ruling has not yet entered into force and can be appealed.
Earlier, “MK in Tula” told about the case in the Bogoroditsky district, where bailiffs managed to dismantle the illegal trade pavilion. Its owner, a 49-year-old foreigner, did not comply with the court decision for a long time, despite warnings and fines. After collecting the performance fee in the amount of 10 thousand rubles and restrictions on leaving Russia, the woman still removed the pavilion and vacated the land.
