In St. Petersburg, the court sentenced the man, finding him guilty of acquiring, storing and transporting nicotine-containing products without appropriate labeling in large volumes.
A resident of the Northern capital, who acted as an individual entrepreneur, transported unmarked nicotine-containing products worth more than 2 million rubles from St. Petersburg to Boxitogorsk in October-November 2025.
He used his ŠKODA KODIAQ for transportation. The goods were delivered to the store’s trading room. The court gave him a fine. The car he owned was confiscated in favor of the state.
