The investigation found that from 2024 to 2025, the head of the LLC engaged in exploration and drilling wells did not pay wages and other due payments to 95 employees. The total amount of debt exceeded 28.7 million rubles - the money was spent on the current needs of the company. After the criminal case was initiated, the director fully repaid the debt. The case was transferred to the court under Part 2 of Art. 145.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The basis for the investigation was the materials of the prosecutor's inspection.
