In the Astrakhan region overturned the boat, killed a man
Another tragedy on the water occurred in the Ikryaninsky district of the Astrakhan region

On November 6, a day trip on a motorboat resulted in the death of a 68-year-old resident of Moscow. The incident occurred on the river Bakhtemir near the village of Vakhrameyevo, where the water element left no chance for the boatmaster, who failed to cope with the management.
According to preliminary data, the man, along with his 45-year-old son, went on an inflatable boat on the route from the village of Fedorovka to Vakhrameyevo. At one point, the 68-year-old head of the family lost control of the boat. The situation was aggravated by difficult hydrometeorological conditions: according to GIMS inspectors, there was a strong disturbance on the river at that time, and the depth on this site reaches a dangerous 12-18 meters. As a result, the boat overturned, throwing both passengers into the water.
The young man miraculously managed to cope with the current and independently swim to the shore. His older father was less fortunate. Eyewitnesses rushed to the rescue, but when the man was removed from the water, it was too late to resuscitate him - he was without signs of life.
At present, the circumstances and exact causes of the incident are established by the investigating authorities.
The General Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Astrakhan region urges fans of water walks not to neglect the elementary rules: always wear life jackets, soberly assess meteorological conditions and strictly observe safety on board to avoid irreparable consequences.
