In Kargopol burned a monument of architecture, killed a man

On the night of October 28, in Kargopol on Leningradskaya Street, a wooden residential house built in 1916 - an architectural monument of regional significance - caught fire. This is reported by the regional agency GPS and GZ.

System 112 received a message at 00:40. Eyewitnesses said that people cannot leave the house: the doors are closed, there is nothing to breathe, some tried to get out through the windows from the second floor.

A man was evacuated from the second floor by the gas smoky protection service. The ambulance confirmed his death - the deceased was 32 years old. Two more victims, men 61 and 67 years old, received assistance on the spot. 5 people left the house, including one child.

The fire significantly damaged a wooden house, the brick building damaged the roof on an area of 90 square meters. A major fire was extinguished at 07:33.
