In the Kurchatov City Court, two counterclaims were considered: from the head of the MKU “Department for GO and Emergency Situations of the City of Kurchatov” and from his former employee. None of them were satisfied.
The chief appealed to the court after his former chief specialist of the public security department sent two written statements to the governor of the Kursk region on May 18 and June 19, 2026. In them, the man outlined his personal attitude to the leader, assessed his actions and complained: the boss communicates with his subordinates in high tones, uses incorrect expressions, humiliates his dignity and brought him to a nervous breakdown.
The head considered this information false and defaming his honor, dignity and business reputation. He demanded to recover from the former subordinate compensation for moral damage and legal expenses, as well as to oblige him to refute what was written.
The former employee responded with a counterclaim - also about protecting honor and dignity and compensation for moral damage. According to his version, the boss considered that he did not own a computer, and without warning transferred him from the position of chief specialist to the driver. This, according to the man, brought him to emotional stress: he resigned at his own request and later turned to doctors. He asked to recover from the former head of moral damage, legal costs and costs of treatment and medicines.
The court examined the materials and concluded that neither the plaintiff nor the defendant presented admissible evidence of their claims. As a result, both claims were completely denied.
