In Mari El, the entrepreneur sold milk without veterinary documents
The Rosselkhoznadzor revealed serious violations in the work of a milk collector from the Morkinsky district of Mari El.
An individual entrepreneur from the village of Shinsha regularly bought raw materials from owners of personal subsidiary farms, without having veterinary certificates about their well-being. Veterinary and sanitary examination of milk was also not carried out.
The businessman sent the collected products for sale to neighboring regions. At the same time, no accompanying documents confirming the quality, safety and epizootic well-being were issued. Analysis of the data in the Mercury system showed that since the registration of the IP, electronic documents have not been created in the database at all - neither incoming nor outgoing.
As a result of the inspection, the entrepreneur was issued an order to eliminate violations and an official warning was sent.
Any controlled products without veterinary accompanying documents are considered impersonal. Their registration is mandatory during production, transfer and change of owner.
