On the morning of November 8, the 32-year-old driver of the Hongqi car drove to the intersection of Yanka Kupala Street and Independence Avenue, according to preliminary information, at a prohibiting red traffic light and collided with Kia.

The passenger of the second car was taken to a health care facility for examination. At the scene, employees of the traffic police department of the Partizan police department of Minsk worked.
