A resident of Kuban received 8 years in prison for the murder of a handyman at KFH

In the Krasnodar region, the court sentenced a man for the murder of a handyman. The Temryuk district court found a 50-year-old man guilty of murder - he was appointed 8 years in a strict regime colony.

As established in court, in may of this year between a man and a handyman of a peasant farm in the Temryuk district there was a conflict. During the quarrel, the defendant stabbed the victim in the chest. The wound was fatal: the heart and lung were damaged. From his injuries, the worker died on the spot.

In court, the accused fully admitted guilt. Given all the circumstances, the court imposed a sentence of 8 years imprisonment. The convict will serve his term in a strict regime colony, the press service of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Krasnodar Territory reports.
