Bankers and authorities discussed the “rip” of state cash management
At the Moscow Financial Forum, the authorities, bankers and academia discussed growth reserves in terms of state liquidity management policy, or cash management. To increase efficiency radically, the rector of the Financial University under the government Stanislav Prokofiev (Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury in 2005-2021) proposed to return to the discussion on the creation of a separate institute for its implementation.
