Closed mutual investment fund (ZPIF) Pre-IPO 2 under the management of VIM Investments bought a minority stake - 42.152% - in Swordfish Security - an integrator and consultant in the field of secure software development (DevSecOps), application security (AppSec) and AI security (AI Security), passed to Vedomosti through a representative the head of the alternative investment department of VIM Magomed Askhabov.
