NKR Agency after ACRA reduced the credit rating of “Airplane”
Earlier, ACRA also downgraded the credit rating of “Airplane” to BBB(RU) and changed the forecast to “negative”

The NKR rating agency lowered the credit rating of PJSC GC "Airplane" from A.ru to BBB.ru and changed the outlook for the credit rating from stable to negative. Among the reasons is the deterioration of the assessment of the financial profile of the company due to the growth of the debt load and the weakening of debt service indicators, a decrease in profitability indicators and the funding structure.
In addition, the agency lowered its assessment of the “Management and Beneficiaries” factor, reflecting a lower assessment of the quality of risk management, liquidity, and strategic planning.
“The negative outlook is due to the risks of a further decrease in the assessment of the financial profile against the background of a deterioration in the situation of the primary housing market due to the tightening of mortgage programs,” the NKR said.
The company's shares reacted to the news with a decline. After the publication of the message, the papers fell 1.63% by the close of trading on Wednesday, to ию242.2.
Earlier ACRA downgraded the credit rating of "Airplane" to BBB(RU) and changed the forecast to "negative". The bond rating was also downgraded to BBB(RU).
