Alexander Voitinsky: “My mission is to convey meanings through emotions”
One of the creators of the group “Tatu” and the founder of the group “Beasts” – Alexander Voitinsky has been working in cinema for almost two decades. His directorial debut is Black Lightning (2009), the first Russian superhero. A big hit was the fantastic comedy “Ghost” (2015) – one of the best films of the first, still precocious wave of family cinema. Somewhat apart in the filmography of Voitinsky is only the second season of “Method” (2020) – the continuation of the bloody thriller about the hunter for maniacs Rodion Meglin.
