President of the Restaurant Sports Federation of Morocco awarded WFRS Ring at the World Cup in St. Petersburg
Samir Jamai received a unique award on the opening day of the 9th World Cup; the next anniversary tournament will be held in Morocco in 2027.
As part of the opening ceremony of the 9th World Restaurant Sports Championships, held in St. Petersburg, the President of the Moroccan Restaurant Sports Federation Samir Jamai was awarded the Presidential Ring of the World Restaurant Sports Federation (WFRS).
The unique artifact was presented to an outstanding public figure and philanthropist in recognition of his services to the world community of restaurant sports. The presentation of the high award was one of the central events of the opening ceremony of the tournament.
Of particular importance is the fact that the next, the Anniversary 10th WFRS World Championship, will be held in Morocco in the summer of 2027. Thus, the presentation of the Ring symbolizes the continuity of traditions and the transfer of the baton of the main world forum of restaurateurs from Russia to Morocco.
