The founder, co-owner and managing partner of the developer ADG Group Grigory Pechersky through a chain of companies became the sole owner of the parent company of the film network “Karo” – LLC “Karo Film Management”, according to the USRUL. Also, 100% of this legal entity is pledged to SPR Finance LLC, which is fully owned by Pechersky. Previously, the owner of Caro Film Management was a consortium of investors, which included businessman Paul Heth, the UFG Private Equity Fund and the Russian Direct Investment Fund.
