According to the presidential aide, the discussion turned out to be thorough and primarily concerned the technological organization of agricultural enterprises. One of the main emphasis is the transition from small farms to large dairy complexes. This model, according to experts, allows you to better control production processes and ensure stable product quality.

As an example, OJSC “Govyady-agro” was cited. The enterprise operates a system of rearing young animals with established standards of weight gain. This should provide a highly productive livestock.

Logistics was discussed separately at the meeting. In some farms, the distance between the fields reaches 40 kilometers, so the daily movement of equipment requires significant fuel costs. To reduce costs, it is proposed to create production sites closer to the fields and leave equipment overnight under guard at local complexes.

At the same time, the control system is changing. Strategic leadership is retained by specialized specialists, and the day-to-day work of machine operators should be directly monitored by responsible local employees. This approach is designed to increase discipline and make better use of technology and resources.
