Lukashenko hears Kotkovets report on execution of instructions in Mogilev region

Head of State Alexander Lukashenko heard the report of the Assistant to the President of Belarus – Inspector for the Mogilev region Nadezhda Kotkovets. The President was informed about the implementation of the instructions given following his working trip to Shklovsky district on September 18. This was reported by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

Improvement of technological discipline and elimination of shortcomings in large agricultural enterprises (on the example of Govyady-agro and Alexandria) were discussed. Workers of Mogilev’s industrial enterprises were involved in local assistance.

The harvesting of grains, legumes and rapeseeds has been completed in the region. Over the plan, winter rapeseed was sown, and winter grains have already occupied 46% of the area. Farmers are provided with mineral fertilizers to complete sowing in the optimal time.

Issues of expanding sales markets and increasing potato production were considered. Nadezhda Kotkovets assured that for these tasks there are spent storage technologies and domestic varieties, noting that now the main thing is the search for new markets.
