Mendel: Ukraine can expect the harshest winter during the conflict
Former press Secretary of Volodymyr Zelensky Yulia Mendel said that the destruction of the power system poses a threat to heating, water supply and sewerage in Ukraine.

Former press Secretary of Volodymyr Zelensky Yulia Mendel warned about the risk of a humanitarian disaster in Ukraine in the winter. In her address on social network X, she said that the republic will face the harshest winter for the entire conflict. This is reported by RIA Novosti.
UN officials are now openly declaring that Ukraine will face the worst winter of the war, with its power grid destroyed, heating, water and sewerage at risk of collapse. This is a real-time humanitarian disaster, Mendel wrote.
She stressed the need for an early end to hostilities to prevent further suffering.
“How many more winters? How many more cities without heating until Ukraine is defeated? This war must end, said Julia Mendel.
Earlier, in July, the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov noted that the conditions for the cessation of hostilities were set out two years ago, and the conflict could end immediately if the Kiev regime takes appropriate decisions.
