To assess behavior, transparent and objective criteria should be developed, as well as monitoring their compliance. This was stated by adviser to the President of the Russian Federation Elena Yampolskaya, answering the question of “Vedomosti”. The subjective factor of the student’s relationship with a specific teacher, head teacher or director should not be decisive in this matter, she noted.
