It is premature to start considering the bill on online sale of alcohol without holding wide public hearings, the chairman of the State Duma Committee on Protection of Family, Paternity, Motherhood and Childhood Nina Ostanina (CPRF) believes. She stated this at a meeting of the working group of the Committee on the consequences of such trade and possible threats to the demographic potential of the country.
