280 houses and 226 elevators renovated in Mordovia

This year, more than 280 buildings were repaired: works were carried out to restore roofs and facades, engineering communications were replaced, and 226 elevator lifts were updated.

About 500 elevators have been replaced in less than two years, with the last 40 set to enter service this fall. This will completely solve the problem of elevators, which have expired and are on the balance sheet of the regional operator, improving living conditions for 57 thousand citizens.

There is still a lot of work to be done and tasks are being solved step by step. Next year, it is planned to overhaul 276 apartment buildings, for which 1.6 billion rubles will be allocated.
