51 rubles per trip: in Pskov approved new tariffs for buses from November 1

It is time for residents of Pskov to prepare for the renewal of public transport prices. The Ministry of Tariffs and Energy of the Pskov region signed Order No. 99, which establishes new marginal prices for the transportation of passengers and luggage within the boundaries of the city district "City of Pskov". The document comes into force from November 1, 2026.

According to the appendix to the order, the cost of one trip in the city bus will be 51 rubles. The new document officially invalidates the previous regulation of December 2025.

The Ministry notes that the amount set is the maximum. Theoretically, transport organizations and individual entrepreneurs have the right to lower this bar at will. However, as practice shows, new tariffs are quickly becoming uniform for all market participants, and buses are not becoming cheaper.
