600 million for the research center: another building on the Chernihiv nab.

JSC NovaCard intends to build a scientific center in Nizhny Novgorod, on Chernihiv embankment. This decision was approved at a meeting of the regional Council on land and property relations.

A plot of 5.3 thousand square meters was allocated for construction near the Romodanovsky railway station. The land previously intended for the integrated development program of the territory (KRT) of Chernihiv Embankment JSC will be withdrawn from its borders. Investments in the project will amount to more than 600 million rubles.

NovaCard specializes in the development of bank cards and operating systems for smart cards. The creation of the new center will allow the company to form and strengthen its own scientific and technical base.
