The decorative element is bent, scratched, covered with rust streams. In many places, the paint has gone. It is noticeable that in some places it was painted, but the destruction continues.
Built on the national project "Demography" building was opened in 2021 with the participation of ex-Governor Evgeny Kuyvashev, former head of Yekaterinburg Alexander Vysokinsky, Director of the company "Regionspetsstroy" Evgeny Goncharov and Nikolai Karpol. Defects became noticeable already in 2023.
