In Moscow, five people were hospitalized because of monkeypox

In the Moscow region in the framework of anti-epidemic measures hospitalized five people who were in contact with a person allegedly infected with monkey smallpox. This was reported by the press service of the regional Ministry of health.

According to the agency, hospitalization is preventive. Currently, all patients are under medical supervision, they have already collected tests.

Clinical manifestations of the disease in humans have not been identified.
