The court will consider the claim on the appeal to the state property of the first deputy governor of the Krasnodar Territory Igor Galas, the joint press service of the courts of the region reported.

“It is established that during the period of replacement of publicly significant positions, Gala acquired property, the value of which exceeded the legal income of his family, as well as personally and through controlled trustees illegally participated in the implementation of entrepreneurial activities,” the publication says.

The defendants in the case, in addition to the Vice-Governor, were 13 people.
