Rescuers in the village of Koreiz in the Crimea helped to evacuate the girl 10-11 years with the help of a rope crossing, reported the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Crimea. Five people were evacuated from the danger zone.

“A child is among the evacuees, a girl about 10-11 years old. She was assisted by rescuers with the help of a rope crossing, the message said.

Two evacuees were placed in the Avangard hotel, where a temporary accommodation point was opened. Rescuers work on three sections of Koreiz: divert water with sandbags, build a bulk dam and clear the road after the retaining wall collapses. The work is complicated by rain and wind with gusts up to 21 m / s. In total, more than 160 people and 20 pieces of equipment are involved.

In late July, a heavy downpour and squally wind hit Rostov-on-Don. Because of the bad weather, one person died, another 13 were injured, seven of them were hospitalized. In the city recorded more than 100 accidents related to the elements.
