Dealers told that in Russia run out of new cars Jetta

Jetta cars ran out at most official dealers in Russia, and they doubt new deliveries, rg.ru reports with reference to the portal “Chinese cars”. Telephone call car dealerships showed that “live” cars remained only at some dealers.

In the St. Petersburg Motor Show, the publication was told that there were no cars for a long time, only service remained, and new revenues are unlikely: “the fate of the brand is in question.”.

Jetta is a car brand established by Volkswagen Group and FAW in 2019.

The Moscow Motor Show explained that Jetta suspended deliveries to Russia in 2024. The dealer bought many of these machines and is still selling the remains. According to him, the brand does not leave Russia, there is no other information from the salon. In the Russian market sold compact sedan Jetta VA3 based on Skoda Rapid, crossover Jetta VS5 on the MQB platform and the flagship SUV Jetta VS7.

At the time of publication, the Jetta website was not operational in Russia.

In March 2026, representatives of Jetta said that the brand remains in Russia, but new models will not be presented in 2026.
