The head of “prospect of real estate” died, saving a drowning child in Thailand

The head of the agency “Prospect of real estate” Andrei Sobolev died while saving a drowning child, said the Association “Guild of realtors of Moscow” (AGRM).

“Andrey died heroically while saving a drowning child. He couldn't get past someone else's misfortune - that's how he's always been. In life - kind, open, always with a smile. In the work – a professional who trusted partners and colleagues, – stated in the message.

Sobolev was also a member of the AGRM Committee on Foreign Relations.

According to a source in the guild of realtors of Moscow, the tragedy occurred on October 26 during a broker tour for developers in Thailand. Sobolev went swimming with the 15-year-old son of one of the leaders of the guild. The weather was stormy, there were heavy rains and waves rising.

According to MK, the teenager could not swim on his own due to strong waves. Hearing cries for help, Sobolev, 42, rushed into the sea and was able to push the boy to shore. Witnesses later pulled Sobolev out of the water. Doctors for a short time managed to restore his heartbeat, but to save the man failed.
