To submit an application, you will need a confirmed account on the portal and the data of the lost document.

If the passport was stolen, additionally you will need information from the coupon-notification of the Ministry of Internal Affairs: the title and F.I.O. of the employee who accepted the application, the address of the police unit, the official phone number, as well as the date and time of registration of the appeal. This data is necessary to link an online statement to a police report.

Then you need to choose the reason for the appeal, fill in the necessary fields, specify the unit of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and send a request. Only the passport holder can apply.

It is important to remember that you cannot withdraw the application. Even if the document is found, it will remain invalid, so you will have to issue a new passport.
