State Registration and Land Cadastre Agencies to Hold Free Consultations on September 17

In the National Cadastre Agency on the Day of National Unity, within the framework of legal education and ensuring the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens, a single day of free consultation will be held. This was reported in the National Cadastre Agency, writes sb.by.

Specialists will answer free of charge to citizens, their representatives, representatives of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs general issues of state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, the main innovations of Law No. 44-Z. It will also be possible to ask questions about the procedure for making registration actions in relation to the enterprise as a property complex, namely, the procedure for applying for state registration, the timing and cost of the administrative procedure, general issues of regulatory regulation of state registration of enterprises as property complexes in Belarus.

The specialists of the National Cadastre Agency will be asked about aspects of technical inventory and verification of the characteristics of real estate, about independent assessment (apartments, real estate, business, equipment and transport, intangible assets and intellectual property) and examination of the independence of valuation.

Employees of the agency will advise on the procedure for providing information from information resources operated by the agency: a unified state register of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, a register of characteristics of real estate, a register of addresses, a register of the value of lands, land plots, a unified register of administrative and territorial units, a register of prices for land plots.

Also on this day, free consultation on the issues of state registration of real estate, technical inventory and evaluation, establishment of boundaries of land plots and other issues related to registration of real estate rights will be conducted in territorial organizations on state registration of real estate, rights to it and transactions with it, their branches and bureaus.
