The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov criticized the work of officials with the appeals of residents and instructed the Center for the management of the region by next Friday to provide a list of officials who do not respond to complaints. He said this at a meeting on working with citizens' appeals in municipalities.
The current "per-three" score, he said, means more than half of appeals don't actually get an effective solution.
Aksyonov instructed the head of the Center for regional management of the Republic of Crimea Alexander Makar next Friday to prepare a list of specific officials who do not respond to appeals.
If we are talking about the “three”, then I understand that more than half of the appeals are not effectively worked out. You have an idea for next Friday specifically who does not respond, — said the head of the Republic.
Aksyonov also demanded that the Regional Management Center establish communication and report not on the process, but on the measures taken. He stressed that it is necessary to report not on who called whom, but on what actions have been taken to solve the problem.
We will remind, the work with appeals of citizens remains one of the priorities for the head of the Crimea. On October 6, 2026, Sergey Aksyonov instructed all ministries and departments to establish prompt feedback with residents, noting that he deals with this issue daily.
On October 9, 2026, at a meeting, Aksyonov threatened officials with disciplinary measures for their poor handling of appeals, claiming “indifference and outright deception” by officials.
On the same day, according to the head of the SDGs, Alexander Makar, municipalities were named where the work with appeals requires strengthening: Bakhchisarai, Krasnogvardeysky, Nizhnegorsk and Soviet districts, as well as Dzhankoy and Krasnoperekopsk. Kerch, Lenin, Simferopol and Black Sea regions received a negative assessment.
And on October 16, 2026, Aksyonov threatened to dismiss officials for unfounded reports. He said he would personally monitor the authenticity of responses to citizens' appeals and would come to all houses if it turned out that no one had collected or interviewed the residents.
