Aksyonov criticized Kerch officials for ignoring complaints

The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov criticized officials and utilities for the fact that the residents of the house No. 12 on Nesterov Street in Kerch for months could not achieve normal water pressure. By his order, the deputy and deputy head of administration were reprimanded.

For a long time, officials shifted responsibility on each other, blaming the emergency services, Vodokanal and the management company. At first the blame was laid on the applicant.

After the proceedings, it turned out that the cause was a clogged pipe about 20 meters long. The pipe was cleared, but where the clog came from, and remained unclear.

Aksyonov noted that the responsible official and deputy did not perform their duties properly and did not respond to complaints promptly. He was outraged that the residents had to deal with the problem for several months.

By order of the head of the Crimea, the deputy and deputy head of the administration will be reprimanded.

Recall that on October 16, 2026, at a meeting on working with citizens' appeals, Aksyonov announced reprimands to the deputy head of the Kerch administration, Irina Ivanova, and the leadership of the Kerch branch of "Water of Crimea" - just for "footballing" citizens and ignoring complaints from local residents.

At the same time, he said that officials who have accumulated three reprimands face dismissal, and information about the penalties will become public.
