The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov recalled that officials who received three reprimands should be dismissed

The head of the Crimea Sergey Aksyonov recalled that officials who received three reprimands should be dismissed. He said this at a meeting on working with citizens' appeals in municipalities of the Republic of Crimea.
“Three reprimands are dismissal. Without me, not a single reprimand to remove, — quotes his source.
On October 16, the head of the Crimea reported that officials who had accumulated three reprimands were facing dismissal. The measure will affect deputy heads of cities, mayors and employees of republican authorities, and information on penalties will become public.
During the same meeting, reprimands were announced to the deputy head of the Kerch administration, Irina Ivanova, and the leadership of the Kerch branch of “Waters of Crimea”. The reason was called “footballing” of citizens and ignoring the complaints of local residents.
Earlier, on October 9, 2026, Aksyonov recommended reprimanding the heads of administrations of Simferopol and Simferopol district for negligent attitude to citizens’ appeals, and the Minister of Transport for insufficient attention to complaints about violation of the public transport schedule.
In addition, on October 16, the head of the republic threatened to dismiss officials for unfounded reports. He stressed that he will personally double-check the answers to citizens’ appeals and in case of confirmation of deception, the deputy head of the administration will stop working not only in the municipality, but also in the Crimea as a whole.
