BISI analyst: personal contact with an official is important for Belarusians
Traditionally, it is important for Belarusians to have personal contact with an official, with a specific person who can listen to the conversation.

Traditionally, for Belarusians, personal contact with an official, with a specific person who can listen, understand and solve a particular problem is important. This opinion, presenting the results of a comprehensive republican sociological study, was expressed by BISI analyst Svetlana Aleynikova, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.
- If we talk about what channels of communication with the authorities are most in demand among citizens, then it should be noted that these are primarily personal receptions of leaders and direct lines with them, Aleinikova said.
According to her, in recent years, the popularity is also gaining virtual communication channels — messengers and social networks.
- They are used by about one in five respondents. However, the most important for our citizens is still personal contact, – said the interlocutor.
