Renting a country house with a bath or sauna in the Chelyabinsk region costs an average of 11,300 rubles per day. The region is among the ten most popular destinations for such a holiday. This was reported by analysts of “Avito Travel”.

With the onset of autumn, Russians began to book suburban housing with baths a little more often. According to the service, the demand for such facilities grew by 4% compared to last year.

Most bookings account for the Moscow and Leningrad regions, Krasnodar Territory, Sverdlovsk region and Tatarstan. Chelyabinsk region was also in the top 10 along with Bashkortostan, Karelia, Samara and Nizhny Novgorod regions. And the composition of the ten for the year has not changed.

But in some regions, interest in such a holiday has jumped noticeably. In the Trans-Baikal Territory, the number of reservations increased by 88%, in the Penza region - by 76%, in Primorye - by 68%.

On average in Russia, a house with a bath is rented for two nights for a company of six people. Daily rent costs about 14 100 rubles. A suitable option begins to look for about three weeks before the trip.

Most often, vacationers choose ordinary country houses - they account for 70% of bookings. Another 22% are cottages. There is also growing interest in guest houses, glamping and recreation centers.

The most budget option is a dacha with a bath. On average, it can be rented for 8100 rubles per day. At the recreation center, the night costs about 8800 rubles, in glamping - 9300. Cottages are much more expensive: about 20 700 rubles per day.

Karelia stands out. There, houses with baths are booked for an average of three nights, rather than one or two, as in most popular regions.

Seasonal interest is also evident in the labor market. According to “Avito Work”, in September, the demand for bathers increased by 15% compared to August. The average salary offer for such specialists was 70 thousand rubles per month.
