Soyuzmultfilm JSC filed a lawsuit against the Tula company Eskedo LLC

Soyuzmultfilm Film Studio JSC filed a lawsuit against Soyuzmultfilm LLC from Moscow and the Tula company Exedo LLC in the Arbitration Court of the Tula region. The amount of claims is 50 thousand rubles.

Details of the claims were not disclosed.

We will remind, earlier "MK in Tula" has repeatedly written about the claims of JSC "Cinema Studio" "Soyuzmultfilm" and LLC "Soyuzmultfilm" against Tula businessmen and firms. Since the beginning of this year, claims worth 1.5 million rubles have already been filed.

As before, it was about collecting compensation for violation of exclusive rights to means of individualization, trademarks for characters of Soviet cartoons, which were placed on products. Especially many lawsuits concerned copyright infringement on the animated character “Cheburashka”.
