From 27 to 30 October, the capital of Pomerania will become a platform for the exchange of experience for elementary school teachers. The Olympiad is an annual project of the All-Russian Education Trade Union, which is implemented together with the Russian Academy of Education and leading pedagogical universities with the support of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation and Rosdetcentr. Its task is to find and disseminate the best examples of professional skills of primary school teachers.
37 teachers from 29 regions – from Kaliningrad to the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – took part in the full-time tour. The Arkhangelsk region will be represented by Oksana Parfyonova from the Fedovskaya school of the Plesetsk district and Alexander Kachan from the Ustyansk sports gymnasium. By the way, in 2019, Anna Danilova became the absolute winner of the Olympiad - today she is the director of the Ustyansk sports gymnasium.
The finalists will have a public defense of the project, master classes and a pedagogical council, and the winner, as before, will be chosen by secret ballot. In addition to competitive tests, the program includes a seminar for school principals, the Forum of Primary Education “Creativity + Assistance + Community of Teachers” and a seminar of chairmen of territorial organizations of the trade union. The organizers of the final are the Ministry of Education of the Arkhangelsk Region, the Arkhangelsk Regional Institute of Open Education, the Northern (Arctic) Federal University and the P.G. Lushev School No. 95.
