Emergency barracks near the Central Park of Novosibirsk will be demolished
In Novosibirsk, a two-storey wooden house is being prepared for demolition on 49a Family Street, located next to Central Park
The house built in 1956 was recognized as an emergency in 2022. Initially, the residents were planned to be resettled until 2033, but later the city authorities revised the terms and postponed the end of the program to December 2026.
The land area is 593 square meters. m. After the seizure of the property, the city will be able to proceed with further procedures necessary to liberate the territory.
Once in a wooden two-storey house there was a municipal hostel. In recent years, the surrounding quarter has changed markedly: more than ten years ago, large-scale housing construction began here. Now the barracks were between three high-rise buildings, one of which is adjacent to it almost closely.
The decision on the seizure of real estate will be valid for three years. The owners of the premises will be sent relevant notifications, and the document will be transferred to Rosreestr and placed on the official website of the city hall.
