Bastrykin instructed to report on the inspection of complaints about construction in Rybny

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Bastrykin instructed to report on the results of the inspection on the appeal of residents of the Ryazan region on the violation of their housing rights. This was reported in the press service of the IC of Russia.

Earlier in social networks there was a video message to the Chairman of the Investigative Committee from residents of Rybny. According to them, for several years they have been unsuccessfully trying to stop the construction of industrial and warehouse facilities in the immediate vicinity of their homes.

The applicants asked to check the legality of the actions of the competent authorities when issuing construction permits.

Investigative bodies of the Investigative Committee of Russia in the Ryazan region conduct a procedural check.
