Gasoline in the Rostov region for the last week of October fell by 2%

In the last week of October in the Rostov region there was a long-awaited stabilization in the fuel market. Gasoline prices fell 2%. This was reported in the government of the region. In retail, AI-92 gasoline fell by 2.1%, and AI-95 and diesel fuel by 1%.

The decline in prices was especially noticeable against the background of the crisis that has engulfed the region since the beginning of the summer. Then the problem with the prices of gasoline and diesel fuel acquired serious proportions: some fuels reached the cost of more than 110 rubles per liter, and at private refueling stations AI-95 reached 130 rubles. The main causes of the crisis were the transit status of the region, logistical failures, rush demand and the activities of speculators.

By the end of October 2026, the situation on the fuel market normalized, which is confirmed by a decrease in retail prices. The stabilization was the result of a set of measures aimed at eliminating logistical problems and curbing speculative growth.
