Careless rider from the Kaluga region was left without an “iron horse”

In the Kirov municipal district, a 37-year-old man lost his motorcycle after repeatedly violating rules related to driving while intoxicated.

According to the court, in June 2026, the traffic police stopped a local resident driving a motorcycle BSE Z3L Spek Orange. The driver refused to undergo a medical examination. He has previously been punished for a similar offence.

The Kirov Interdistrict Prosecutor’s Office supported the prosecution in the criminal case. The court ordered the man a year of forced labor, banned driving for three years, and the motorcycle was confiscated in favor of the state.
