Earlier it was reported that teachers of history and social studies will teach the spiritual and moral culture of the peoples of Russia. This is a new subject for them, though. Therefore, the department separately assured that special training programs were organized for teachers.

“To ensure high-quality teaching of a new subject using unified textbooks of the Ministry of Education of Russia, work has been organized to implement advanced training programs for teachers,” the ministry said.

“A new discipline in school is responsible, there is always a lot of work,” says methodologist and teacher Anastasia Gordeeva. Each paragraph of the text will be supplemented with a video story, so that the material is absorbed more clearly.

However, for the sake of clarity in the lessons will be used and film screening. As told “MK” in the office of Metropolitan Tikhon, the video format will come to “Conversations about the important”. Especially for demonstration on "spiritually forming" objects, at a film studio, created at the educational department, will shoot not only videos and documentary films, but also feature films. And with the use of AI and other new technologies.

As learned "MK", DKPR will be assessed on a five-point scale, this is another column in the certificate. But the emphasis will not be on memorizing or knowing dates, but on protecting projects, group discussions and essays. OGE or USE on the "DNA of Russia" is not planned.
