Welfare, partnership of owners. What questions were heard on a straight line in the Minsk City Executive Committee

Direct telephone lines were held in the Minsk City Executive Committee and district administrations on September 12. The questions received from citizens were taken into account and taken under control, the correspondent of the Minsk-Novosti agency reports.

On the City Day, Deputy Chairman of the Minsk City Executive Committee Oleg Korzun was in touch with Minsk residents. Callers — and there were more than 30 — dealt with a variety of topics: from the activities of the chairmen of owners’ associations to the feasibility of individual bike paths, the cost of road signs and the practice of dealing with pets.

Specific issues were addressed directly in a straight line. So, living in the Central district of Minsk drew attention to the fact that in the alley, where her house is located, after mowing grass and cutting shrubs, all the cut and cut remained in place. The omissions were promptly addressed.

Approximately one third of the questions received were taken over by the district administrations of the applicants’ place of residence. One of the questions concerned the partnership of owners: the woman, expressing the desire of the majority of residents, reported the desire to switch to service to the state structure of the housing and communal services system. Reacting to the story about the activities of the Chairman of the Customs Union, O. Korzun emphasized that problematic issues arising in the work of owners' associations can be solved in two ways - at a general meeting of members or in court. Audit commissions also have powers: a report on detected violations can be sent to the prosecutor's office for a legal assessment.

- If the members of the owners’ association have a desire to hold an extraordinary general meeting, the district administration will readily assist in its organization, Korzun assured.

A resident of the Oktyabrsky district complained about the state of the overlap in the apartment - in the near future it will be examined by specialists. In the course of communication with other applicants, certain aspects of landscaping, the operation of indoor ventilation systems, elevator equipment, spotlights on the roofs and visors of residential buildings, the installation of barriers and the organization of parking for personal mobility were considered.

Registration and control cards have been issued for all appeals containing substantive information and requiring response: specialists of specialized services will comprehensively analyze each situation and take the necessary measures.
