More than 100 people will eliminate the consequences of bad weather in Sevastopol

Specialists of Sevastopol city services worked all night, eliminating the effects of strong wind and rain. On-duty services received 1012 appeals. This was reported in the press service of the government of Sevastopol.

As of the morning of October 20, more than 100 people and 33 pieces of equipment were involved in the streets. Vodokanal cleared 13 showers on the streets of Revyakin, Fadeev, Ochakovtsev, Schmidt, near the Avenue of the October Revolution and in other places.

Sevavtodor received 27 applications: fallen branches and trees were cleaned in the area of Khrustalev, Gogol, Istomin, Chelnokov streets and at other addresses. Workers also cleaned the storm sewerage – put in order the network on Portova Street, Fisherman’s Wharf, Ligovskaya Street and Gagarin Avenue.

Another 17 applications are processed in Parks and Squares.

The dispatching services of management companies most often reported fallen trees. Employees of the Criminal Code also monitor the state of the house territories, basements, roofs and entrances.

Bad weather raged in Sevastopol and the day before. Specialists of the regional headquarter of the Ministry of Emergency Situations seven times involved in the elimination of the consequences of bad weather. Also, 285 utilities and 48 units of equipment were involved in cleaning the fallen trees.
