More than 11 thousand Tulyaks visited colleges as part of the Professionality project

In the Tula region, a single open day of the federal project “Professionality” was held. Colleges and technical schools of the region were visited by more than 11 thousand schoolchildren and parents, for whom career guidance events were organized.

One of the main parts of the program was professional testing. Participants were able to get acquainted with various specialties in practice, perform tasks with their own hands and try themselves in conditions close to the real production process.

For parents, meetings were organized with heads of educational institutions and representatives of partner enterprises. They were told about the directions of training, admission rules, opportunities for targeted training and prospects for further employment of graduates.

Tula region develops the system of secondary vocational education and participates in the Professionality project since 2022. During this time, the number of educational clusters in the region increased from two to 15.

In 2027, it is planned to open another cluster - the first in the Tula region in the direction of the fuel and energy complex. The total number of clusters will reach 16.

The project “Professionality” is implemented within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” and helps schoolchildren to get acquainted with popular specialties, as well as get an idea of the possibilities of vocational training and further career.
