More than 200 thousand Vologda residents signed up to the doctor through a chatbot in the MAX messenger

204 thousand residents of the Vologda region signed up to the doctor through a medical chatbot in the MAX messenger. Another 44 thousand patients benefited from telemedicine consultations and remote registration of sick leave. This was told by the head of the region Georgy Filimonov.

Through a chatbot, you can get a doctor's consultation without visiting the clinic, extend or close the sick leave, order a certificate for a kindergarten, find out the results of preventive examinations.

You can sign up for an online consultation through a chatbot, logged in through public services or by SNILS number. Next, you need to choose the purpose of treatment, the specialty of the doctor, the medical organization, the specialist and the convenient time, and then confirm the record. 15 minutes before the consultation, the MAX will receive a notification. It is recommended to prepare the results of examinations and a list of medications taken in advance.
